A good example of a healthy fasting diet is cabbage soup diet, a 7 day diet plan that concerns consuming cabbage soup and water, along with a few minimal group of foods.
Cabbage soup gives your body a healthy supply of vitamins and minerals while you’re on a fasting diet. For the fifth day, you may also consume meat by means of 300-500g of beef, broiled or baked skinless chicken, or broiled fish. Eat the cabbage soup at least once. For the sixth day, eat ground beef and clean vegetables or salad, along with at least one serving of cabbage soup. On the final day, you may start consuming unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables, rice, and cabbage soup.
